Bright 4K UHD laser Home Cinema projector

With DuraCore Laser technology, UHZ45 is able to deliver longer-lasting and excellent performance at true 4K UHD resolution with high brightness at 3,800 lumens and 2,000,000:1 contrast. UHZ45 also comes with Enhanced Gaming mode, offering the comprehensive home entertainment experience.

With the ability to implement 4-corner adjustment, 2D keystone correction, powered 1.1x zoom, and warping at 3*3 matrix, UHZ45 is also perfectly easy to install in any room at home, or to create a simulation scenario.

Laser technology

Optoma laser projectors use high-quality lasers to create the projected image. In many situations the perceived brightness from laser illumination projectors can be twice that of an equivalent lamp-based model. They also deliver increased efficiency to maintain consistent brightness, superior colour performance, instant on/off and an extraordinary life span of up to 30,000 hours.

True 4K UHD Resolution

Ultra HD 4K resolution delivers sharper, life-like images and richer colours - allowing you to sit closer to the screen and enjoy a more immersive experience.

Our DLP projectors provide CTA (Consumer Technology Association) approved True 4K UHD resolution, capable of projecting 8.3 million on screen pixels. That's four times more detail than Full HD and twice as many from competing technology, which only delivers 4.1 million pixels.

HDR and HLG compatible

Capable of receiving and displaying both HDR10 and Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) HDR content. This Optoma projector allows you to see far more detail and texture. Objects look more solid and lifelike and the extra detail creates a greater sense of depth.

Amazing colour

Watch your movies, TV shows and play games with stunning colours in any environment. Optoma projectors provide reliable performance suitable for any content and environment. Our home projectors are capable of reproducing the Rec.709 colour gamut, the international HDTV standard to guarantee accurate reproduction of cinematic colour exactly as the director intended. Or more saturated colours for a punchy looking image, great for gaming and animated movies.

Colour Management System

Display accurate lifelike colours to best match your viewing environment. This unique feature provides you with the flexibility to fine-tune the colour settings for optimal precision.

Dynamic black technology

This feature gives more depth to your image by smoothly adjusting the lamp output, based on the brightness information of each frame; to create a stunning high contrast ratio. Bright scenes appear crisp and clear, while dark scenes remain detailed with deep blacks and exceptional light and shade detail.

24p

Most movies are shot at 24 frames per second (fps). To preserve the purity of the original image, Optoma projectors can accept high definition sources at 24 fps to display movies exactly as the director intended.

Dual HDMI inputs

With dual HDMI inputs, you can easily connect to your games console, set-top box, laptop, PC, Blu-ray player or media streamer with a single cable. You can even turn it into a smart projector by connecting an HDMI dongle like the Google Chromecast™, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV™ or Roku® stick.

eARC for higher-fidelity movie soundtracks and music

Wall colour adjustment

Don’t have a white wall or a projector screen? No problem! With the “Wall Color” setting, you can alter the projected image based on the colour of your wall. With six options to chose from you can easily adjust for blackboard, light yellow, light green, light blue, pink and grey walls to get the most accurate color gamut.

Quick start-up and shutdown

This projector features quick start-up and shutdown and reaches full brightness quickly. To maximise energy saving it also includes a ‘pause projection’ feature where the light source can be completely shut off. Unlike conventional lamp based projectors, the laser- light source requires minimal cool-down time.

24/7 operation

Optoma projectors have been designed to operate 24 hours a day in standard orientation. Perfect for applications where prolonged periods of use is required. Subject to 24 hour terms and conditions.

*24/7 Operation - standard lamp warranty applies. Projector warranty is based on standard business usage hours. For optimum performance Optoma recommends that your projector is turned off or placed in standby mode for 30 minutes every 24 hours to prolonging the life of your lamp.*

Four corner correction

Adjust the keystone in both the vertical and horizontal plane. You can individually warp each corner of the image to create a perfectly square image. Ideal for uneven walls or where projector placement is awkward and needs to be installed at an angle.

Geometric correction

Adjust individual points to get the image perfectly square using the advanced built-in geometric correction tool. Ideal if you are not using a screen and have an uneven wall you want to project onto.
